Kyle Bunch


Professional Biography

Kyle Bunch works in tandem with Scott & Scott’s attorneys providing IT consulting services related to the licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters our clients face. With an extensive background in information security, Kyle manages projects involving privacy and network security, asset management, and compliance.

Prior to joining Scott & Scott, Kyle gained financial services experience as an information security analyst with Guaranty Financial Services, where he developed best practices for safeguarding data and served as the Data Security representative on the Computer Security Incident Response Team. He has expertise in security analysis methodologies such as threat and vulnerability assessments and risk management to identify potential security threats, exposure, and consequences. He has participated in security audits conducted by federal regulatory agencies and internal and external audit teams for various financial services organizations.

Prior to his corporate experience, Kyle served as a Sergeant in the United States Army deployed to the Middle East. He completed Army Information Assurance training and was responsible for Information Assurance and Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) for a number of staff sections in the Area of Operations. Duties as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of his section included establishing and enforcing physical and electronic asset security standards, policies, and procedures.
