Representative Matters

• Represented plaintiffs in a consumer class action regarding fraudulent representations in AT&T's marketing of its wireless services in Texas. The case settled after the Supreme Court of Texas denied review and AT&T merged with Cingular.
• Worked with trial counsel on class certification issues in a wage and hour class action involving a public company in the California Court of Appeal. That appeal was successful and the matter resolved shortly thereafter.
• Represented insurance company in taking down numerous websites using confusingly similar names and directing search traffic away from the company.
• Represented companies in taking down websites using copyrighted materials by invoking the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
