Lawrence Lassiter is a senior attorney at Scott & Scott. With more than fifteen years of experience, Lawrence represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation involving class actions, commercial disputes, patent and trademark litigation, employment, and civil rights litigation. Lawrence has worked with clients all over the country and around the world to prepare and present arguments in federal and state appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the federal Second, Fifth, Eighth, and Ninth Circuit courts, and the appellate and trial courts in Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Michigan, and Florida. Lawrence received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and is AV rated by Martindale Hubble. He is admitted to practice before the courts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits. Lawrence is also an inactive member of the Missouri and Kansas bars.
